Returns & Exchanges

We at S.Vaggi want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 20 days of the date of receipt.

Please follow the instructions here below if you wish to return or exchange your order.

Returns Policy & Guidelines

  • Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and pouches.
  • Returned items need to arrive at our facility in secure packaging such as padded envelope or small box with bubble wrap and including the Return Form.
  • The Return Form is included in your order. If you have lost your Returns Form, you can print a new one here: RETURN FORM
  • All goods will be inspected by our returns team and any item that is in an unsuitable condition will not be processed and sent back to you to the original delivery address.
  • Our promise to refund the item does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind.
  • Credit is issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation once we have processed your return.
  • Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We advise to use a tracked courier.
  • Returns are usually processed within 10-14 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for funds to appear in your account.
  • A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, please contact your bank or agency to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
  • We cannot offer refunds for items that have been customised or engraved Please contact us if you wish to return a personalised order.

Exchanges

  • Online exchanges are available only for orders placed via our website. If you wish to exchange an items bought in one of our boutique, please contact us via email and we will be happy to assist.
  • Our exchange service is available only on S.Vaggi's modern jewelry, Roberto Coin and Rivalta products. Unfortunately we cannot exchange vintage and antique styles and watches.
  • Please contact us if you would like to exchange your item. Our customer service team will be able to assist.
